I am very excited for this new year with a new teacher AND so many new sixth graders added to our upstairs junior high team!
My focus this year will be on: working together to ensure each student makes significant progress in both academics and their thoughtfulness.
Looking forward to a second year at St. Anastasia!
My classroom goal for this year is: UNDERSTANDING of each other, ourselves, and Math & Science!!
I am happy to be back teaching, and to be able to teach at St. Anastasia School. I have been very active in our parish as a volunteer; teaching Religious Education, coordinating altar servers, lectoring, and helping on the 90th anniversary committee. I started in the school as a sub in January of 2016 and I just loved being back in the classroom. I previously taught in three public school districts from 1988-2001.
My family is pretty busy too. My husband & I were married at St. Anastasia in 1990 and have five children.
This year, my academic goals are for my students to feel confident about their Math & Science skills and to be able to shine on any test of their skills!
