I am currently serving as the Parish Business Director, a position I have had since June, 2017. Being a parishioner since 1989 and a parent of three children who are all alumni of St. Annie's, I have always had a desire to give back to this wonderful place. I helped in the areas of FSA fundraising, Finance Council and as Athletic Director for several years. When I was asked to become a permanent staff member in 2013, I was delighted! I worked as the Director of Development and Marketing, then assisted with our Faith Formation before being asked to fill the role as Business Director. With the help of the parish staff, administration and the Finance Council, we are working hard to provide financial stability to the parish for the future generations of St. Anastasia, as well as helping our staff to become more intentional in using their gifts for the parish.
In 2015, I felt the call to go deeper in my service to the church, and after a year of discerning, I entered the Lay Ecclesial Minister program through the University of St. Mary of the Lake in 2016. I am currently working to earn my Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies and am hoping to become a Pastoral Associate when I complete my formation and coursework.
I look forward to working hard to serve this amazing parish by sharing the love of Christ, and helping families on their journeys to holiness.
So faith, hope and love remain, these three. But the greatest of these is love (1 Cor 13:13).
