Saint Anastasia Parish was the center of our family life. Saint Anastasia Catholic School was where I began my faith journey. My love of music was greatly influenced and encouraged by our parish choir director. I have followed this path throughout my life. I attended Carmel Catholic High School and Clarke University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Music.
My greatest joy is sharing my music, knowledge of liturgy, and my catholic faith with my students.

2018 Christmas Pageant

This year’s school Christmas Pageant will include all students in Pre-K 3 through 4th Grade and all members of the 5th through 8th Grade student choir. Any student in 5th through 8th grade is welcome to join the choir, but they must sign up at the beginning of the school year. Student choir members who wish to be in this year’s Pageant must attend ALL scheduled rehearsals (all rehearsals will be held during the school day). The Pageant will be performed on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 7:00PM.

Many Blessings,

Mrs. Sivia

Dear Parents,

On Thursday, December 20, 2018, the students of St. Anastasia School will participate in our annual Christmas program.  The program will take place in the church and start at 7:00 p.m.

Students in grades Pre-K through 4th grade will wear nice outfits appropriate for church.  No jeans or t-shirts should be worn. No athletic shoes should be worn if possible.

Student Choir members in grades 5-8, who have joined the choir at the beginning of the year and have participated in all of the required rehearsals, will also be included in the program.  If possible, girls should wear solid black shirts, skirts, dress pants or dresses and a holiday scarf (or red and/or green scarf).  If possible, boys should wear black or dark colored dress pants, (dark gray, brown, or navy blue) a white dress shirt, and a holiday tie. No athletic shoes should be worn if possible.

All students in Pre-K – 4th grade should be dropped off in their homerooms by 6:30 p.m. on the evening of the program. Kindergarten through fourth grade students can be picked up after the program in their homerooms as well. Student Choir Members should be brought to the church by 6:30 p.m. They help with set-up and break-down for the program and should be picked up in the church after the program.  Pre-K students will perform early in the program and should be picked up in the back of church after they exit the altar area.  They can then enjoy the remainder of the program with their families.  Please take their coats with you to the church after you drop your Pre-K student in their homeroom at 6:30.

We look forward to seeing all of you as the St. Anastasia School family celebrates Advent and the coming of Jesus on Christmas.  Please invite your families and friends to celebrate with us.

Thanks for your cooperation in helping to make our program a success.
