Important Reminder/Health Records
Health records are due by October 11. Please turn these in as soon as possible to avoid exclusion. Students in Kindergarten need updated eye, dental, and health exams. Students in 2nd Grade need updated dental exams. Students in 6th grade need updated health exams/immunizations, as well as an updated dental exam.
St Anastasia will be holding a Virtus training in English on
September 19 at 6:30 p.m. in our computer lab.
No late arrivals will be allowed! Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of time.
ALL volunteers at the school must be registered in Virtus as well as attend the three-hour Virtus class.

A CANTS form (below) and Code of Conduct form must also be on file in the office to volunteer.
YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE VIRTUS CLASS AS WELL AS HAVE THESE FORMS ON FILE TO VOLUNTEER AT THE SCHOOL
The CANTS form must be completed EVERY YEAR. If you have not filled out a CANTS form for the 2019-2020 school year please download the attached, fill in and return to Mrs. Garcia in the main office. You are not allowed to volunteer without a new form on file.
If you are interested in having you child receive sacramental prep, please let Mrs. Vowels know by sending her your students' name and grade and what sacrament they need to receive. We are in the process of determining how we will handle the classes for our students.
All names will be forwarded to Father Dennis.
Basketball Registration will CLOSE in 6 days on 9/10/19 - Please register your children NOW if you would like them to play. Registration will also take place on Monday, September 9th, from 5-7 pm. in the gym. As of today, we will only have a Boys 4/5th and Boys 7th team. We do not have enough registered for any other levels and moving forward we will NOT have a team if kids are registered by the cutoff date. Payments are not due until October 7, for Boys Basketball and November 7, for Girls Basketball. If you need help with the registration with this give us a call or an email. Grandparents/Special Persons Day
We invite all Grandparents/Special Persons to come visit St. Anastasia School on Wednesday, September 25th.
We will start the day with 8:30am mass followed by a light breakfast in our lunchroom. (Grandparents and Special Persons Only) Then we invite our guests to visit the classrooms. We will conclude the day with a lunch, sponsored by FSA.
Your student and Special Person will enjoy a hot dog lunch
and have an opportunity to shop the Book Fair.
Please let us know if your student will be bringing a visitor by September 20th
